Returns

 Introduction

At Luxury Jar Kenya, we take pride in the quality and elegance of every item we offer. If something isn't quite right, were here to help within reasonable limits.


 Eligible for Exchange
- Defective or damaged products upon delivery (e.g. broken glass, mislabeling).
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging.
 

What We Offer
- A one-time exchange for the same item if a product is defective.
- If an item is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent replacement or store credit.
 

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Items damaged due to improper handling or cleaning.
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Sale or discounted items.


 Delivery Charges
- For defective items: We cover return and redelivery costs once.
- Additional exchanges or non-defect-related issues: Delivery will be at the clients expense.

 How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Your order number
2. Photos of the issue
3. A brief description of the problem

Well get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Refunds are only initiated under the following circumstances:

  • Desired product(s) are sold out
  • The indicated delivery destination is not within our shipping zones

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your M-Pesa account or original method of payment, within a maximum of 5 working days.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if a wrong product has been delivered as per the client order.

To return your product, we shall send a rider from our team to collect the item(s) from you and deliver the accurate products as specified.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. All exchanges should be done within 7 working days. During sales, the duration might be longer due to large order volumes.

 

Shipping

Shipping for local orders takes between 24-72 hours excluding Sundays.

Shipping for international orders takes between 5-7 working days 

During sales, shipping might take between 10-14 working days due to high volumes
